Our Promise To Our Clients

We do the best we can when describing gemstones. As an example, we list their size, origin, carat weight, clarity, cut, and color.
We take pictures of the jewels at the ideal circumstances. The jewels are therefore presented in the finest possible light. To be clear, we don't edit the pictures to make the gemstones look better.
If clients are not happy with their jewels, they can return them within 14 days of purchase. But we do ask that the gemstone be returned in the exact condition that it was when it left our facility. We shall also examine the gemstone. Following that, clients receive their money back.
